Brisbane Photography Studios’ Newborn and Family Studio is just about ready for clients and hire!! It’s been a lot of hard work to transform this space from two offices into a beautiful photography studio.
Originally the studio was two small offices. We discussed making them both individual studios then decided to pull the wall out and join them into one room.
So down came the walls!!
Dan ripped the carpet up ready for the timber-look flooring to be installed.
The installers originally laid the floor in the wrong direction, but came back to fix it.
Next the studio had the walls and new doorway built and skirting installed. Sara loves the skirting and floorboards combination.
After a “quick” visit to IKEA, lots of awkward painting and a bit of a balancing act, Sara built the studio’s shelving system and couldn’t wait to start filling it with Sassi Photography‘s newborn props.
With the door finally in place, the wardrobe built and more props finding their way in, Sara’s lighting started moving in and some of the furniture she loved from her original studio at Camp Hill found their home.
Finished!!! The studio is ready for newborns and families. A boudoir setup is coming soon too.
